This Privacy Policy explains how DoAffiliate.NET (SIA „IET.LV”, registration no. 40103381873) (hereinafter – “DoAffiliate”, “us”, “our”) processes your personal data when you register to DoAffiliate as a publisher, visit our website and contact us in any other way, as well as explains how this data is used and what rights you have.

Personal data we process

In order to provide our services and the possibility for the publishers to register on DoAffiliate platform, contact us, receive commission and subscribe to our marketing e-mails, we require certain personal data.

We collect and process the following personal data, which you provide:

  • Name and last name;
  • Country;
  • Telephone number;
  • Skype name;
  • IP address;
  • E-mail address;
  • Banking details.

We also process any information that you provide to DoAffiliate when you communicate with us using our contact e-mail address or reaching out to your personal manager or in any other way.

Purpose of processing

We process the above-mentioned data for the following purposes:

are processed to register a new publisher in our platform, communicate with the publisher, ensure customer service and support and provide the possibility to use our services and receive commission;

Banking details are processed for the purpose to make payment transactions, if a publisher is entitled to receive commission in accordance with our Terms and Conditions;

IP address and site data are processed for analytical purposes in order to improve clients’ experience when visiting our website and using the affiliate program;

If you have signed up to receive our marketing e-mails, we will process your e-mail address in order to send you such communication.

Legal basis for processing

We process personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection laws, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”).

  • Our legal obligation – we will process your data in order to comply with legal obligations imposed on us by applicable law, such as financial and tax reporting obligations or when we have to respond to legal process (Article 6(1)(c) of GDPR);
  • Our legitimate interests – we process your personal data for our legitimate interests, for example, to provide our services, defend our legal interests, promote our services with direct marketing as well as analysis and research to improve our services and publisher’s experience (Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR).

DoAffiliate encourages publishers to process the personal data of their users (publisher’s website users, whose personal data may be processed) in accordance with the applicable personal data protection laws, especially GDPR. Publishers should provide on their website a GDPR compliant privacy policy and cookie policy, which, among other issues, would provide information regarding the cookies that are placed by the publisher and DoAffiliate onto user’s computers when a user views publisher’s webpage and clicks on a publisher affiliate link as well as indicate how the user may opt-out of such use of his or her personal data.

Your rights

You have certain rights regarding the processing of your personal data and in accordance with the GDPR. You can request information on your personal data that we process, request to correct or amend it, you have the right to data portability and right to data deletion. Please note that we will retain some of your data to exercise or defend our legal rights or enforce our Terms and Conditions.

If we process your data in order to send you our newsletter, you can at any time unsubscribe to these e-mails by using the unsubscribe link or adjusting the settings in your DoAffiliate profile.

The provision of your personal data is a requirement necessary to enter into a contract with DoAffiliate.

We will retain your personal data as long as it is required for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy, namely, for the fulfillment of our contractual obligations and protection of our legitimate interests and defense against legal claims according with the applicable law.

You can at any time delete your profile by contacting your personal DoAffiliate manager and we will delete your personal data. We may only keep a certain minimum amount of your personal data if it will be required by applicable law (for example, data on commission payments and your transaction history).

We highly value our data security and use appropriate technical measures to ensure data security and protection. All our customer personal data is stored in protected servers and only accessed by authorized personnel, who are bound by confidentiality requirements.

We reserve the right to change or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated Privacy Policy will enter into force and will apply from the moment it has been uploaded to our webpage.
